July 2016

We went to Idaho and Utah from July 4 - Aug 3. It was a fun family reunion and vacation. We spent July 5-12 in Island Park, Idaho celebrating Oma and Opa's 60th wedding anniversary. We went to Yellowstone National Park. We also saw Rexburg while we were there which is where Dad and I went to college. In Utah, we went to a rodeo, BYU, and Hogle Zoo. One of the best things about Utah is that there are so many temples. We went to as many of them as we could.
I love to see the temple. I'm going there someday to feel the Holy Spirit, to listen, and to pray. The temple is the house of God, a place of love and beauty. I'll prepare myself while I am young. This is my sacred duty.
I love to see the temple. I'll go inside someday. I'll covenant with my Father. I'll promise to obey. The temple is a holy place where we are sealed together. As a child of God, I've learned this truth: A family is forever!
