Dear Cason, I love you so much! You are a sweet, happy baby and I am just so grateful to be your mom. We just celebrated Halloween and tomorrow, you are 6 months old! Time has flown by.
You were born on May 4, 2015 at the Nacogdoches Medical Center in Nacogdoches, Texas. My doctor was Dr. Vineyard and he actually missed your delivery. He was on his way, but you were already out by the time he came. Silly doctor. Trey was so happy that you are a boy! He's wanted a brother F-O-R-E-V-E-R. Your older sisters love you very much. You are so loved! You are such a happy boy and we love making you laugh. So far, you've had rice cereal and sweet potatoes. You are not really loving eating from a spoon. Around your 5 month mark, you slept 6-7 hours straight during the night. But in the last couple of weeks, it's all been about 3 hour stretches. I'm pretty tired although I am always happy to snuggle you.You don't take the best naps, but I can't really blame you. Our house tends to be noisy. Even when it's just you, me, and Reagan. Tomorrow we go to Dr. Huggins, your pediatrician and we'll find out how much you weigh. At your 4 month appointment, you were already 16 lbs. 3 oz which is the biggest any of my babies have been at 4 months. In fairness, you started out the biggest. You weighed 8 lbs. 5 oz. at birth. You are my little chunky monkey and you are so adorable!
